19th Century English Gothic church (seating capacity 800); chapel; organ; two vestries; hall; vicarage; large kitchen; two meeting rooms, "billiard" room. The nave is 90 ft long and 25 ft wide. The chancel is 40 ft long and the aisle is 13ft wide. The height from floor to ceiling is 45 ft, 60 ft to the outside ridge, and 90 ft to the cross on the summit of the fleche. The walls are faced externally with red brick from Teynham, Kent. The external and internal stone came mainly from Doultin Quarries in Somerset, some stone coming from Ham Hill. Roofs covered with purple brown Brosely tiles; floors wood block; Minton tiles; chancel steps - white marble and pavement marble; chancel floor - rouge royal and black from Belgian quarries. The most visible elevations of the church were cleaned in 2005.
