Large 1960s octagonal church, with church hall/community centre attached. A classic 1960s concrete structure, largely unaltered, with honeycomb roof, concrete corona, large, low dome and central altar. Beautiful Dalles de verre windows, illuminated cross, series of 14 stations of the cross contemporary with the building designed by John Collins, and a statue of St Laurence carved by a Ugandan sculptor. Easy access to flat roof.
