Edwardian West End theatre designed in 1905 by WGR Sprague. Very opulent interiors: three-tiered curved auditorium with boxes decorated in white, gold and red, with red velvet curtains, marble pillars, and a grand chandelier hanging from a painted ceiling; the foyer, staircases and bars are equally plush in classical style with black and brown streaked marble, gold plasterwork, arched windows and doorway; ornate Victorian lamps adorn a wrought-iron staircase carpeted in red; five elegantly-styled bars.
