Georgian three-storey, brick and stucco terraces built between 1824-32 around Holy Trinity Church in a central square with trees. All the area is fenced with black iron railings. The church, Greek Revival style, has large portico entrance with pediment and columns; it was closed in 1960 and in 1973-75 converted into a performance and rehearsal hall (Henry Wood Hall), with a cafe in the crypt. Life-size statue of a medieval monarch has been placed in front of the church.
