Grade II listed Victorian building by the Royal Albert Hall. Founded in 1884 to provide accommodation for women students at Royal College of Music, Art and Science. A fine example of Victorian architecture. Ornate Jacobean style entrance, all tiled- modeled in green fainence- matching mantelpieces- gothic style drawing room decorated by the V & A Museum. Large dining hall with 12 Doulton tile pictures. Large drawing room with large open fireplace. The Doulton entrance has a magnificent wood and iron staircase. The street has old Victorian style lampposts.
