The Castle Climbing Centre

150-year-old water pumping station built in the form of a castle with ramparts and a 200ft circular tower. The main building is about 80ft high. The interior is Victorian industrial with a 100ft open cast-iron spiral staircase in the tower. Cast-iron circular columns support the upper beam floor. Artificial climbing structures and walls were added in 1995. There are many diverse spaces around the building and a lot of open space.
