Now part of Sutton College, the Grade II listed former town hall opened in 1935. Subsequently it was used as a crown court, then in the 2000s many of the period rooms were refurbished with the original features being retained, and the site was turned into a learning centre. There is a copper turret with a gilded clock and distinctive weather vane. Portland Stone porch entrance supporting an iron railed balcony. Meeting rooms, walnut panelling and doors, double flight marble staircase.
