Large first-floor Regency-style Assembly Hall with high ceiling, chandeliers, proscenium arch stage and five large arched windows to one side (approx 30ft high) Archives Department in the basement with paperwork stacked onto metal shelving: low ceilings, exposed air-conditioning pipes, and white-washed brick corridors. Former magistrate's court converted into offices. Glass ceiling in cafeteria.
