An events venue with a spectacular glass-covered atrium based on the Wintergarden in New York's Battery Park, with views overlooking Jubilee Park and the waterfront promenade.
Designed by the internationally renowned architect Cesar Pelli, the East Wintergarden is housed within a striking, 27m-high, glass dome, allowing natural light to flood in. Its grand glass façade and panoramic views provide an incredible opportunity to film around the iconic towers of Canary Wharf.
There are three event spaces, which are available independently or together. The 600-seater main floor has 682 square metres of uninterrupted floor space, with a suspended mezzanine gallery accommodating up to 250 guests. The Promenade Room can also be used as an office.
East Wintergarden is far more than just a stunning space. With 20 half tonne rigged hoists and hung lighting truss frame, several 63amp 3phase power supplies, Line Array sound and speaker system and load-in direct from street level, it lends its self perfectly as a film or studio shoot location.
When you film at East Wintergarden, you’ll also have incredible catering services to hand and in-house experts at your disposal throughout the planning process. The team will ensure your shoot runs smoothly, whether it is as a full-on feature film production or as a film location holding space.
