Dating from the mid-19th Century, the National Art Library provides a beautiful location with grand windows overlooking the Victoria and Albert Museum's Italianate courtyard garden. The library houses the V&A's extensive collection of material concerning the fine arts of many countries and periods. The Victorian, wood-panelled reading rooms have changed little over the last century, with many original features still in place.
