The Red Rooms

United Kingdom / London, England
Location ID: #10140634

The Red Rooms is an independent gentlemen's club situated in the heart of central London. It was the original site of the Blitz club, and then Browns Nightclub. The draped velvet curtains and subdued lighting give an opulent feel to the place. On entering, a long bar to the right leads to a dance floor and mirrored DJ box and on the left are booths. In the middle of the rooms a glass staircase sweeps up to the next floor with its famous glass wall and leather sofas. On this floor is the smallest of the private rooms with art work of Rubens-type ladies specially commissioned for the club hung on the wall. The second bar can be found on this floor and has a pole at the centre of the back wall. The top floor is a mixture of club and strip club where the final bar can be found. There are several private rooms divided by sumptuous ox blood red drapes leading all the way down to the very end of the room where the VIP red room can be found; this is an intimate space with original art, wooden floors and red leather sofas.
