The church was completed in 1914 and is a fine example of late Edwardian Gothic architecture. From an impressive redbrick exterior, the church is recognised as having one of the most beautiful interiors in the area. Features include an impressive Burne-Jones window. The vicarage is a modern building, completed in 2004. It is beautifully decorated with a stunning courtyard garden.
