Built in 1901, Wigmore Hall was designed by Thomas Collcutt in Renaissance style, using alabaster and marble walls, flooring and stairway. The setting is one of Edwardian elegance. The auditorium is renowned for its famous Arts and Crafts cupola above the stage. Wigmore Hall retains many original features and was restored in 2004. There are many rooms backstage.
