2 Carlton House Terrace is a Grade I listed Crown Estates building. It has eight rooms, a large spiral staircase, natural brick cellar and lower ground floor space. The Fleming Room comprises of a lecture theatre and an ante room and is panelled in maple. The Watson & Crick Room overlooks The Mall and St James's Park, with tall elegant windows opening onto small balconies. The Hodgkin Room has access to a small courtyard area in the centre of the College. The Jenner Room is a 75 fixed seated raked lecture theatre with state of the art audio visual facilities including video conferencing equipment.
