The Pleasance Theatre is situated in the former timber store for the London Omnibus Company and several original features (including a huge winch by the entrance) remain to this day. The conversion was completed in 1996, and in 2003 the company office was moved upstairs and in its place the StageSpace was created - a versatile studio theatre. The facilities include two fully operational theatres, a licensed bar and foyer area and catering facilities.
