Fullwell Cross Library is a Grade II listed 1960s public building. It is a one-storey structure, with a circular plan and a concrete shell lantern, which has a copper roof. The Aldborough Room can accommodate up to 100 people and the Hainault Room can accommodate up to 50 people.
