The Manor House is a beautiful Grade II listed Georgian period building. Previously the Sidcup Registry Office, it is now temporarily empty. There are several grand ceremonial rooms, a number of meeting rooms and offices, some period features including a small safe, some photogenic staircases, hallways and corridors. It is well-facilitated with plumbing, electricity and heating. There are some offices in use on the top floor. The Manor House is situated on the edge of the Green in Sidcup. There is a spacious car park to the rear of the building. The house is three storeys high; its brick facade faces the Green and has five bays.
