The New White Loft is one of three adjacent studios on the third floor of a fully renovated paper factory in Underwood Street. This contemporary and bright studio space is perfect for photo and film shoots, corporate events, conferences, anything which requires a blank canvas.

The New White Loft has 2,092 sq. ft. and can accommodate a maximum of 140 people standing. The studio can be rented separately or in addition to the adjacent Chalet and The New Victorian Loft.

The building itself has been completely refurbished and offers a modern reception providing a large communal area with a coffee station and refreshments, two passenger lifts, cycle storage facilities, lockers, a drying room and air condition.

The New White Loft is DDA compliant and offers wheelchair-friendly access and bathrooms.
