Raffles London at The OWO is located in the heart of Whitehall, in the former Old War Office and overlooks some of London’s most majestic landmarks.

The five Heritage Suites are situated in the building’s most storied rooms, formerly offices of influential political and military leaders that have been passionately and meticulously restored to preserve their many glorious heritage features. They offer spectacular views. Eight Corner Suites offer unparalleled views over Whitehall, Horse Guards and St James’s Park.

Restaurants and Bars
The OWO and Raffles London have a diverse range of nine restaurants set within the building’s historic rooms and three bars. The Guards Bar is a sumptuous wood-panelled cocktail & champagne bar overlooking Horse Guards. The Drawing Room has been inspired by London’s rich history and tradition. The Spy Bar is the hotel’s subterranean bar, hidden in the depths of the Old War Office and accessed through halls once frequented by the Secret Service.
