Description:The Porchester Centre is a leisure centre including Porchester Hall and Porchester Spa, three studios and two pools. Porchester Hall includes two events halls and two rooms. The large banqueting hall was built in 1920 and has oak panelling and red drapes. There is a large rolling staircase at the entrance. Porchester Spa has a large swimming pool; three Turkish Hot Rooms; two Russian steam rooms; traditional Finn log sauna; whirlpool spa bath; a kidney shaped plunge pool. The 1920s decor includes gold ceilings, marbled walls and white tiles.
