Description:Designed by Richard Rogers & Partners, built in 1986. Lifts, fire stairs, lavatories, piping etc. are on the exterior wall to allow for a dramatic twelve-storey high barrel-vaulted atrium in the centre. Impressive interior - highly glazed and very hi-tech with dramatic stainless steel sculpture. 114, 000 sq. ft. with open plan offices on each floor which are sublet. There is also a series of historical rooms which were transferred from the previous building, including a Georgian committee room and a 1920s library. Filming is possible if about the building, the architect or the insurance industry.
