Description:Tower Gateway DLR Station has access at street level from the Minories is via escalator, stairs or lift and there is also a narrow staircase entrance at the eastern end of the platform. The station opened in 1987 and is a simple elevated terminus. There is a platform on each side of the train, one for arriving passengers and the other for departures.
