Description:Sitting on a 42-acre (17 ha) site, with shops, restaurants, cultural venues, open spaces and residential units, Battersea Power Station offers endless creative opportunities for filming and photography. Set on the south bank of the Thames, the Grade II* listed former coal-fired power station is one of the world’s largest brick buildings. The old brick walls in both atriums have been left exposed all the way up to the roof. There are two vast turbine halls on either side of the boiler houses and restored Art Deco interior fittings and décor. The Battersea Power House comprises the Generator Hall, Control Room A and a further three spaces including a terrace with expansive riverside views. Please note that several images pre-date the building work and are not an accurate reflection of the site.
