Description:The Royal Artillery Barracks are an historic military site in current use, with the longest Georgian facade in Europe. It is more than 1,000 feet long and has a triumphal arch in the centre. On each side there are three ranges connected by colonnades. In the grounds are War Memorial statues. The barracks have a number of large rooms with period details, a bar, a large grand dining mess, four prison cells, modern barrack quarters and garaging.
