Description:Large 36 acre zoo with many famous buildings, including a penguin pool and the terraces. Huge visitor attraction for tourists, families, schools, etc. 600 species of animals. The zoo first opened in 1847, but the buildings are all different, from the 1828 clock tower to the 2004 Komodo exhibit. Filming can take place within park land, animal houses, some enclosures, function rooms and labs. Internally a reference library in one of the buildings (see A3 file).
General Notes:Doubling / Stand In: Wimbledon tennis courts entrance. London Zoo manages their parking to all film crews internally (and regardless of whether they are using the Zoo or not). Email: [email protected], where Gary Constantine will pick up and respond to any parking request.
