Description:The council's main administrative building is situated in Twickenham Centre next to York House. The Civic Centre is a three-storey modern office block, built in the 1980s. It has a glass roof atrium, glass lifts and an eyecatching sculpture of two trapeze artists climbing up a rope hanging from the ceiling. Ground floor offices overlooked by offices on first, second and third floor.
