Description:
Large campus-based training college. Designed by George Gilbert Scott and built between 1929 and 1932, the Grade II listed main building has a 190ft tower (resembling Scott’s Bankside power station), a stunning entrance foyer with marble floor and ornate ceiling. Caged lift and staircase with gold-coloured metalwork. Museum, church, canteen, meeting rooms. Views form the tower of the City and Docklands.
