The Old Town Hall is situated on a cobbled street, adjacent to the ground breaking Quinlan Terry Riverside development. The building contains the Richmond Reference Library, the Local Studies Room and the Museum of Richmond on three floors. There is a beautiful marble staircase that could easily double as court room stairs, leading to the first floor where there is a large wood panelled room with a small platform at one end.
