Description:The Market House is a Grade II listed building dating back to 1840 when it was originally the Town Hall. The house is of Regency design and retains many of its original features, including a gilded statue of Queen Anne looking over the market. There are two rooms available for hire. The main hall has red classical pillars and large windows. The ground floor retains a coffee shop that provides seating in the market.
