The interior building has a curved reception area leading to a bar/cafe area with outdoor seating and ceiling to floor French windows. As well as a modern gym the Hawker has a full size cricket pitch, concrete basketball court, bowling green, concrete tennis court and empty activity hall. Car park can be used as a unit base.
