Description:The stone entrance tunnel, east gate and arena walls of the Roman amphitheatre survive, 20 feet below the modern pavement. Two doorways of buildings flanking the gate remain. The rest of the space and the tiers of seating have been recreated in wire frame drawings, projected in lines of green light onto black glass screens.
