Description:Family-owned five star hotel which opened in 1910. The hotel has been refurbished but retains its Art Deco/post-modern feel. There are balconies to some of the bedrooms and suites, which are a mixture of classic and modern styles. Swarovski chandeliers can be lowered in the Dining Room, which was designed by David Linley. The Drawing Room has a classical feel with pale coloured walls complemented by beautiful leather upholstered chairs. The Archive Room boasts a rear wall of glass, leading to its own private sunken garden, which in turn leads to the hotel's beautiful private gardens.
