Description:Built in 1927, Camberwell New Cemetery contains a number of World War II burial plots and war graves and a screen wall commemorating these casualties. In the Honor Oak Crematorium, built in 1937, there is a stunning example of a stained glass window from that period. The cemetery has glimpses of the City and Canary Wharf and is more open, and less overgrown, than more traditional Victorian cemeteries.
