Description:The Coin Street Neighbourhood Centre was designed by Haworth Tompkins Architects and forms the fourth side of Iroko Housing Co-operative. The accessible and environmentally sustainable building features solar chimneys for natural ventilation, solar panels and carefully balanced glazing. The frontage consists of brilliantly-coloured panels, inspired by the facades of Venetian palazzi. There are conference rooms and exterior walkways as well as a roof terrace with a lawned area available for filming.
