Description:
All Saints was built in 1905 as a memorial to Britain's only assassinated Prime Minister, Spencer Perceval. It is Grade II listed and was designed with a Gothic exterior and an Art Nouveau influenced interior. The main entrance is under the tower on the north west of the church and the nave and lean-to aisles are castellated. There is an unusual pulpit of wrought iron and copper, with enamel medallions. The All Saints Church Hall was built around 1958. It is a prefabricated structure with precast concrete panels and a curved felt roof. It consists of an entrance area, lavatories, cloakrooms, a main hall (133 sqm / 1,430 sqft) with stage, kitchen, two dressing rooms and two WCs.
