Description:Victorian three-storey building with large glass-fronted Art Deco gallery / shop front, a private York stone courtyard in the front which can be used as parking or an extra useable space. The gallery has a 4m ceiling height, which adds to the sense of space, distressed floorboards and original features including an elevated hacienda style wooden frame, original textured stripped back walls and a Victorian staircase. The gallery space has a capacity of around 60 people (standing). The front forecourt and the garden can easily accommodate around another 60 people. The garden can fit a bar. Another original space is the "the first and the last urban beach hut", which could be ideal for intimate interviews or monologues.
