Description:Croydon Central Library features a Victorian building, with a modernised interior and adjacent buildings completed in 1994. The interior appears modern with a typical suspended board ceiling, shelving for books, reception area and offices. One of the most interesting features is the glass walkway / corridor with a view out onto the roof of the old Clocktower building and through to the floor below.
