Description:The Water Rats is an Iconic music venue and recently refurbished pub. The front restaurant has a spacious seating area and stylish bar with lots of light. There is a seating area outside at the front. Towards the back is a well-equipped performance space and bar with a 200 capacity, tiered seating 100 capacity, dining with show 60 capacity. There is a brand new high-end D&B PA system, large stage and proper stage lighting rig. Other facilities include newly refurbished toilets and a spare storage room. The kitchen can serve film crews as part of the venue hire agreement. This venue can also be used as a comfy green room or crowd holding area.
