Description:
Glaziers Hall is a contemporary events space in a heritage location, boasting unrivalled views of the Thames and the City. This Georgian listed building dates from 1808 and was fully refurbished in 2017. Seven spaces across three inter-connected floors; each space is flexible and versatile. London Bridge Arches: featuring the exposed Sir John Rennie’s London Bridge, this fusion of heritage and contemporary design showcases three restored Georgian brick arches, the original York stone floor and bespoke wine cellar as a backdrop. Private entrance and reception area. Banqueting Hall: a large, highly flexible space with three spectacular chandeliers. River Room: situated on the Thames and offering spectacular views of the City, the River Room has panoramic floor to ceiling glazed arches. Court Room: an adaptable space with an anteroom (the Library); surrounded by oak panelling and stained glass windows. Bridge Room: a multi-purpose space with views over the Thames and the City. Thames Room: this too presents fantastic views of the City and Thames. There are also an industrial kitchen and a semi-used basement. The location is central and accessible location with onsite parking available. The hall was originally built as a warehouse and adjoins London Bridge and the "Nancy Steps" made famous by Charles Dickens in “Oliver Twist”.
